Shiva Rea was the founder and catalyst of the Global Mala Project. Searching to understand the origins of her name—given by her surfer and artist father—Shiva began exploring yoga at 14 years old.
Shiva Rea learned Krishnamacharya lineage, tantra, ayurveda, bhakti, kalaripayattu, world dance, yoga art, and somatic movement to help her gain a better understanding of her consciousness. Her studies in these fields have aided her approach in living yoga and fully embodying the flow in her lifestyle. She is now the leading teacher of Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Yoga Trance Dance worldwide.

Sara is creating balance and harmony out of a quintessential modern multi-faceted lifestyle, taking spiritual wisdom and infusing it into everyday living, making it accessible to all.
Her areas of expertise are Meditation & Mindfulness, Yoga, Integrating Body-Mind-Spirit facets of Wellness, Workshops, Retreats, and Training Programs.
Pye Trinidad
Pye Trinidad has been teaching yoga since 2005. She has been fortunate to have been given the opportunity to share this amazing practice in Manila, Victoria BC, Shanghai and Hong Kong to a diverse group of students from all around the world. It is her hope that her students experience yoga’s profound transformative effects so that they may enrich their own lives and the lives of those around them. Currently, she is currently working on completing her Yoga Therapy training while taking care of her two zany boys.
Aisa Locsin
Aisa is a mother, yoga teacher trainer, Functional Anatomy teacher, surfer, diver and jiujiteira, based in Manila. Having shared the practice for a decade and change, she aims to inspire her students, not only to move mindfully, with purpose and intention, but also to allow for Asana to be a tool for healing, recovery and longevity. When she isn't traveling around South East Asia to teach, she spends her time in the city, sharing yoga therapeutically to athletes and the elderly, specifically to those experiencing joint dysfunction and pain.
Aisa believes that movement is medicine, that her son and puppies are her life, and that you are, indeed, what you eat.
Will Tan
Will remains true to the traditional practice of yoga – bringing harmony to the body and mind through the breath. As a lifetime student, he believes that while physical practice is important, we shouldn’t let the asana, or poses, distract us from finding peace and acceptance within. He believes that yoga is a lifetime journey that goes beyond the physical body and into the realm of the honest self. With Will's light-heartedness and genuine love for sharing from his experience, he hopes to help people connect their physical practice to a genuine understanding of themselves and the world around them, bringing balance and peace into their everyday lives.
Christina Maningo
Christina is a deeply passionate Health & Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, and well-being advocate. Looking at health in a holistic way, Christina incorporates aspects from a variety of different modalities: functional movement yoga, mindfulness, myofascial release and Integrative Nutrition in a customized way to help mentor her clients to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Her goal is to help guide and support the development of and progress towards the overall personal wellness goals of her clients.
Troy Bernardo
Troy is a writer with an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Creative Director and co-founder of Kurrent Multimedia Productions, and an RYT 500 member of Yoga Alliance, having studied under Sarah Bell and Joan Hyman through Urban Ashram Yoga, School of Yoga, where he is also a teacher. Always on a journey inward, he uses his classes, lectures and workshops to empower, evolve, heal and uplift.
Gelie Dela Peña
Gelie is the founder and head teacher of Pranalaya Yoga & Wellness in Baguio City. Growing up with a love for mindful movement, she has been sharing the gift of yoga and meditation to her local community in Baguio since 2015. She is also the lead trainor of Pranalaya Yoga's 200-hour Teacher Training.
David Esteban
David is a Level 2 Certified Animal Flow Instructor, and Yoga Teacher. He has participated in yoga and movement festivals and conferences around Asia, performing as a musician and learning to practice a range of movement and meditation modalities. Animal Flow allows David to share a fun exploration of elements of developmental movement, calisthenics, and mobility.

Bianca Bagos
Bianca is a dreamer, movement enthusiast, and a yoga teacher for kids and adults. She fell in love with the practice the moment she took her first class sometime in 2012. Since then, she’s able to navigate through life’s highs and lows, with great help from lessons learned on the mat. Her ultimate goal is to be able to share with her students how the practice of yoga can be confronting, challenging, but at the same time, be an accessible avenue for comfort and healing.

LJ Navera is the Resident Sound Healer of The Farm at San Benito, a multi-platform artist, craftsman, multi-instrumentalist, mental health awareness advocate, substance abuse awareness advocate, a professional tattoo artist, and was once a facilitator at Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center. He had been in recovery with depression for twenty five years.

Citadel Cruz
Citadel Muñoz-Cruz believes that healing starts with the self. She started her healing journey with learning Reiki and became a Level 2 practitioner in 2016 in Berlin, Germany. In 2017, she expanded into Sound healing using Crystal singing bowls and other instruments. She became certified in 2018 in Singapore.
She loves nature and uses photography to capture those precious moments. She is also a Baybayin teacher, she teaches the ancient Filipino writing system to help Filipinos reconnect with our ancestry, as well as to the Spanish to appreciate our ancient culture. She is currently living in Madrid, Spain with her husband and three daughters.
Francois Flaviano
Francois' unique style of teaching combines the tradition and science of classical hatha yoga putting emphasis on proper breathing, intention and devotion. He completed his post graduate degree in yoga science from Kaivalyadhama Yoga Research Institute, India and Raja di Raja Yoga from Ananda Marga Special Academic Institute. Today, he teaches the tradition as handed down to him by his teachers in the purest and undiluted form applicable to the modern man.

Mark Domingo is a yoga teacher teaching private progressive yoga, trained under Yogaworks and Align and Refine Yoga. His background in technology allowed him to pivot early at the start of the pandemic to teach yoga online.
Ginger Diaz
Ginger took her took her first yoga teacher training in Hawaii and became a certified Bikram yoga instructor in 2007. She has then founded Evolve Yoga and Fitness in 2010, and furthered her knowledge in yoga in Hong Kong in 2015.
Seeing the progress she has made in her personal fitness journey, Ginger immersed herself and trained with Inferno Hot Pilates amidst the pandemic last year. Her IHP classes promise a full body workout, and are challenging, dynamic, and most of all, fun! She is a big believer in leading by example, and strives for her students to have an overall sense of wellness, control, and empowerment on, and more importantly - off the the mat.
