Just some FAQ's we thought we'd share with you all:

WHAT SHOULD I BRING AND WEAR TO GLOBAL MALA?

Bring your own yoga mat, towel, water bottle, and open heart. Wear comfortable clothes that you will be able to move and sweat in. 

 

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY CLASS?

Drink lots of water during the day and try not to eat a big meal before taking any classes. It’s just like any form of exercise; come hydrated and don’t have a full stomach.

 

WHAT IF I’M NOT FLEXIBLE?

Thats ok. All are welcome and there are many classes suited to you your needs.

Yoga is not about how flexible you are, but about strengthening your body and spine in all directions. 

 

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON THIS EVENT?

Classes are open to all levels.

This is high vibe inclusive event that greets all practitioners with a sense of community, openness, diversity, integrity and love. We encourage you to pace yourself and have fun and attend as many classes as you can.

Please refer to the event schedule to know the different classes and its time.

ARE THERE YOGA MATS FOR SALE AT THE EVENT?

Yes! Our sponsor, Certified Calm, will be selling mats, and other yoga products for practice and lifestyle.

They will also be renting out MANDUKA yoga mats incase you don't have one or didn't bring one. 

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASSES?

All ages are welcome at the event. However, to practice yoga with main instructors, we advise children be at least 13 years old so they can follow along.

CAN I BRING CHILDREN TO THE EVENT?

Yes! Kids 3-12 years old are FREE of charge as long as they are accompanied by an adult who purchases a FULL ACCESS ticket.

(Note: Yes, Yaya's will need a ticket even if they don't practice.)

IS THERE FOOD AT THE EVENT?

Yes! There will be healthy and organic food that will nourish your body and soul provided by our partner, The Wholesome Table

ARE THERE RESTROOMS, SHOWERS, & LOCKERS AT THE EVENT?

Yes there are restrooms however there are no showers nor lockers at the venue.

Please keep this in mind and plan for your day with us. Most people bring a change of clothes and a small towel to freshen up with should the need arises.

ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE EVENT?

Yes! We will have tickets available for selling onsite depending on what's available.

To ensure a ticket and a smooth guest experience, we would advise to purchase your ticket and top-up credits online.

You may pick this up on the day of the event onsite.
